Return Policy

We apologize if you are dissatisfied with our product. We promise to address the issue very quickly. If we have sent you a defective product, please do indicate the reason in your correspondence with us and we will have it taken care of. 

The item must be returned in its original package, unused, and in its original condition within 7 days after delivery. Please, it is important that these conditions are meant so we can effectively fix the problem without delay. 

If the item is returned used or not in its original package or condition, a refund or exchange will not be offered. In most cases, if the items are returned as was delivered to you, we will offer an exchange very quickly. 

It is important for us to make you happy and keep you satisfied as a customer and we will do everything at our disposal to make sure you get the best and fairest reception. 

In the case that we do not have an available similar product, we will offer you varying options for a replacement or we will issue you a refund which you should receive within 1-2 business days.
